These handmade greeting cards help to improve the lives of some of the poorest people on this planet – young adults who have been orphaned by disease, or even worse, genocide or conflict. Every single card is lovingly hand crafted by one such young person in Rwanda who also signs their name at the back of the card. This project gives them a respectable start in life and helps them on their way to economic independence. Each handmade card incorporates handmade paper made from local office waste which gives them their green credentials.
